Tammy Abraham hasn’t shut the door on Nigeria super eagles yet as he leaves disturbing hint for Gareth Southgate before calling for his EA pace stat upgrade.
Gareth Southgate has created a chance for the Nigeria Super Eagles to have Tammy Abraham after he left the 21-year-old striker out of his squad for the Euro 2020 qualifiers.
Abraham was born in London but is yet to feature in any competitive game for England as he is still eligible to switch to representing his paternal home team.
Tammy Abraham has become a tool of surprise to many as he has quickly risen to the top of Chelsea frontline, netting 7 goals in less than 10 games for Blues after his hat trick against Wolves on Sunday.
The Striker has become the youngest Chelsea player to bag a hat trick but Southgate thinks the striker might not be for his team as he prefers other strikers to Abraham.
“Yes, I have heard the talk. I have not really been focused on that yet,” Abraham said of Nigeria national team call. “I think when the time comes, the times comes. It is about focusing on Chelsea and hopefully scoring goals and getting victories.
“We never know. You can never say never, whatever comes first really. I just have to keep full focus on Chelsea. It has been a good day at the office for the boys and me. Coming here is never easy. We played well, thankfully, I scored three and we got the three points.”
Tammy suffered great emotional and psychological threats earlier, same threats that broke the likes of Alvaro Morata at Stamford but the English striker was too quick to rise past his flaws after his decisive penalty miss against Liverpool in the Super Cup finals.
Dedication and hard work really got him back on track as he was caught training alongside Mason Mount and manager Frank Lampard, after the team’s normal training.
Before the international break, Abraham almost bagged the hattrick but was deprived as newly promoted side, Sheffield United late equalizer rubbished his efforts.
Guess, Tammy Abraham trained so hard while others went to honor their national duty and Nigeria national team also planning a move for him.
The striker has also called on EA Sports to increase his stats on FIFA20 after he was rated pace 74.

This came up after Borussia Dortmund wonderkid Jadon Sancho called on EA Sports to also increase his low-rated passing stats.
Abraham’s pace saw a major downgrade, crushing from 82 just 12 months ago to 74.
But Abraham do not just need to worry about his gaming stats alone as he has to continue the hard work in the pitch as well and Lampard has sworn to make sure the striker continues to work hard.
Lampard is one of the greatest believers of Abraham scoring abilities after seeing him net 25 goals for Aston Villa last season before they both moved from Championship to Premier League.
“I felt that knowing his abilities and watching him in the Championship have two great seasons and in the Premier League, I felt it was more than time for him to have his opportunity,” Lampard continued.
“He needed to show it in pre-season and at the start of the season, hence he started at Manchester United.
“I have competition up there. I definitely don’t want to down-talk Giroud and Batshuayi because we need them as well and Batshuayi looked sharp when he came on and Oli always gives something of a high level, so it was up to Tammy to show it.
“I’ve got confidence in him and I’m prepared to give him chances, but even more now I’ll be tougher on him because he’s shown what he can do. So the moment he wants to come off that and think that goals will just drop at his feet will be a moment when maybe he will be rested, so it’s important he makes sure he stays on his game.”
The Blues will turn to their Champions league opponents as they look to campaign to lifting Europe’s most competitive trophy for the second time.
