Antonio Rudiger could be relying on his relationship with three super defenders to facilitate the arrival of either
Chelsea are heavily linked to David Alaba, Jerome Boateng and Sule but is yet to materialize any agreement despite having made official offer for Alaba.
Rudiger is believed to be closely related to the trio as he hints on possibility of relying on this to forster the arrival of any.
David Alaba has decided to leave Allianz Arena at the end of his contract but is yet to decide his destination with Real Madrid offering a major battle on Chelsea’s hunt to land the Austrian.
Boateng also isn’t willing to extend his Bayern Munich contract after revealing he desires to feature in teams outside of Germany.
Despite Flick assuring Niklas Sule would be staying back at Bayern, it’s still much talked that the 25-year-old could still move to Stamford Bridge as his contract is set to run out by 2022.
Speaking on the role he would play should there be push for the arrival of the trio, Rudiger said;
“If Chelsea were to decide on one of the three players as a transfer target, I would be available to answer any questions.
“I know Jérôme & Niklas very well and I’ve already had contact with David Alaba“
The defender also went on to reflect on how he played major role in the arrivals of Kai Havertz and Timo Werner.
“I helped them and advised them to come to Chelsea,” the 27-year-old said of Timo and Havertz move to Chelsea.
“That’s why I’m always by their side. On the pitch, they can only help themselves“
