Andrea Perez has revealed her dissatisfaction after seeing lack of game time force Kepa out of National squad
According to the Spaniard, Edouard Mendy’s top quality is the only reason her boyfriend didn’t outclass De Gea to make the national first eleven.
Since Mendy’s arrival, of a truth, Kepa Arizzabalaga has seen his game time dramatically reduced due to poor form.
Despite being the most expensive keeper, Kepa still gets benched by a less cheaper Edouard Mendy who joined Blues from Stade Rennes.
With the 2020/2021 season concluded and Chelsea crowned UEFA Champions, Kepa missed the Spain’s first place to De Gea.

This has clearly not gone down well with his beautiful girlfriend who has already started pointing fingers for Kepa’s misfortune.
Following an interview held with The Canary, Perez has blamed Edouard Mendy for Kepa’s misfortune.
“I didn’t expect things to turn this way for him, although he will never give up,” Perez said.
“He loves the game and the club, he always said that to me. So I don’t think he will leave this summer.
“Him not being the number one for Spain this Euro definitely hurts me too but I only wish for this best at this point.
“Should Mendy not arrived from France many, Arri could still have maintained his place in the team and been better performed even now.
“I think the new coach believes in him and he will start to get more time to play by the new season.”
The only time Thomas Tuchel decided to hand Kepa Arizzabalaga a back-to-back opportunity, Chelsea lost their first consecutive games under the German manager.
