Arsenal has officially made a bid for Crystal Palace’s Wilfried Zaha.
The Gunners have launched a £40 Million first bid for the talented Winger who wants to join the club since May.
The Ivorian Winger who rejoined his childhood team from Manchester United in 2015 has asked Crystal palace to let him leave for upper competitions, he wants to stay in London and play European football according to sky sports.
Crystal palace seems reluctant as they have tagged the 26 year old dribbler £80 Million which Arsenal will find it difficult to pay.
Unfortunately, Unai Emery was given only over two of Zaha’s Price tag. He was given just about £40 Million for 2018/19 summer transfer.
Zaha appears to be desperately ready to leave the club as he told Daily mail “I have to experience the Champions League, I just need the opportunity, that’s it and I will do the rest”
He said “I am too ambitious and not too ambitious just to play for a top club, but to win things at club level and Ivory Coast”
He stated also “For me to be better to achieve what I know I am capable of, I have to aim to play at the very highest level to win trophies. I am blessed to have come this far in my playing career, but I feel like there is so much more I have to offer”
Palace who recently received a high fee from Manchester United for Wan-Bissaka have no need to sell. Report says that Zaha has pleaded with chairman Steve Parish to not price him out of a dream move but to let him join Arsenal.
Arsenal manager Unai Emery sees Zaha as having the skills that will sky rocket the club after failing to qualify for next season’s UCL
