The Norwich playmaker lit up the championship last season and even picked up the Championship player of the year award.
The 24-year-old was very impressive scoring 15 goals and making 17 assists as he fired Norwich to the Premier League.
Buendia is now ready to take the next step in his career and is reportedly set to leave in the summer with Arteta and Arsenal’s technical director Edu said to rate the player highly.
Buendia carries a £40million price tag and Norwich would gladly let him go should the right offer come in from potential suitors.
