According to Independent, the North London side have recently held early talks with Buendía’s agents as they eye a deal for the former Getafe star.
Norwich are so far asking for £40m before they could let go of the attacking midfielder.
Meanwhile, sources already revealed Gunners are planning on capitalizing on the opportunity to facilitate the squad flush they planned.
