Arsenal seems to have more plans for the summer as they plan a shocking deal for former Liverpool midfielder, Philippe Coutinho.
Coutinho hasn’t has the best of it at Camp Nou and Barcelona are revealed to be open for a loan move or probably a permanent transfer deal for the Brazilian.
