The Spanish side are forced to attempt landing Arsenal right-back following Trippier’s ban with the Madrid based team’s eye locked on the La Liga
Atletico Madrid are linked with a move to land Ainsley Maitland-Niles as they pursue for Trippier’s replacement following the former Spur’s ban.
With FIFA confirming the 30-year-old will miss at least 15 games worldwide, Atletico Madrid consider landing Maitland-Niles wise alternative.
Having replaced Real Madrid and Barcelona at the top of the League for the first time since the 2006/2007 season, Diego Simeone appears to be totally focused on taking the La Liga trophy to Wanda Metropolitano.
Atletico Madrid have been disclosed to be willing to facilitate the English man’s move as his desires to impress National team manager, Southgate also hands ATM a huge boost.

This would come as a huge test for an Arsenal that refused a last minute deal to let Niles leave for Wolverhampton during the last transfer window.
Wolves saw their £20m bid bounced back by Gunners despite Maitland-Niles not being one of the highest earners as this would also serve as a boost to Atletico Madrid who are desperate to land Trippier’s replacement.
With his recent performances, Arsenal seem to have made a wise decision not letting Maitland-Niles leave.
But can they now fend off interest from Altetico Madrid?
