Barcelona reportedly plotting to scoop David Alaba

Barcelona have reportedly shown keen interest on David Alaba as they consider a perfect replacement for Jordi Alba.

David Alaba would definitely be in Barcelona shirts come Winter transfer window if only Bayern Munich gives in and accepts the cash from Barcelona.

Although it’s clear that there are little chances of Bayern Munich letting go of one of their best left backs (if not the best) but Barcelona seem very keen on making an attempt.

The Austrian international at the other has delayed extending his relationship with the Bavarians as he is yet to decide if to pen down his signature or not on the extension paper already presented to him by the Bundesliga side.

Currently valued at €55m, Alaba has made 358 appearances which he has scored 30 goals with 46 assists for Bayern Munich.

Meanwhile, back at Camp Nou, Jordi Alba is showing no sign of weakness but guess Barcelona plan to add more force to their defense line.
