Rummenigge has disclosed Bayern’s plan for Süle ahead of summer transfer window following strong interest from Chelsea
Chelsea look to add Süle to their back men options with the defender’s contract drawing closer to it’s end.
Süle is considered a major exit target for the Stamford Bridge side with Rudiger also disclosing he could possibly use his relationship with the Germans’ to forster a move for the 25-year-old.
With Thiago Silva yet to extend his Chelsea contract and Fikayo Tomori looking more Milan than Chelsea, Blues are keen to add another name to their list.

Although, Karl-Heinz Rummenigge hinted on likelihood of extending Süle’s stay at Munich, he also clearly stated that this would only be relying on the club’s financial state.
Speaking on the Germans’ future, Rummenige told Spox; We want the good German national players at FC Bayern, Niklas still has one year of contract.
“We will hold talks and see where they lead. We will look at it seriously and calmly until the summer. Corona [coronavirus] has also caused financial damage to FC Bayern.
“If we find a solution, we are generally happy to extend the contract, but that will only be possible under certain conditions.”

Süle hasn’t been a major option for the backline this season at Bayern Munich as the club will now be more tempted to let go if only Chelsea can present a lucrative offer.
