Chelsea have reportedly received offers to part way with Billy Gilmour
The Scottish is eyed by several teams since making it into the Chelsea senior team.

Norwich were just promoted back into the Premier League and lost their talisman, Emi Buendia to Aston Villa.
Norwich see Gilmour as a good option to their center and are interested to secure a loan move for him after learning Chelsea are not interested in selling.
Likewise Wolverhampton who also joined the pursuit to price off Gilmour. Both teams now know the Blues have no intention to sell Gilmour and would now prefer pushing for a loan move.
Gilmour could although want to push for this as it would guarantee him more game time than remaining in the current Chelsea squad.
