Matthias Sammer believes Haaland’s move to Chelsea isn’t 100% impossible as Chelsea can be unpredictable when it comes to transfer market
Borussia Dortmund’s External Advisor, Matthias Sammer has shared that only a mad man, who he possibly means Roman Abramovic can take Erling Haaland away from Borussia Dortmund.
The German team have already done all they could to keep the player by raising his price tag to scare off suitors but Matthias still believes the unexpected may still happen.
Following past records of Chelsea’s transfer market deals and also the amount of money they have been able to raise from the transfer market ever since they were hit with a transfer ban, it’s scary seeing Blues on the deal.
It’s no doubt Chelsea have got the money to land Haaland despite strong rejection from Dortmund who are scared of losing two key players in one season.

Jadon Sancho left for Manchester United and having been a major part of their attacking line, BVB have decided to keep their top scorer until a better frontline is formed.
Appears they are already started with this quest, following the arrival of Donyell Malen from PSV.
The striker is suspected to be Haaland’s alternative should be depart and also seen as a backup should crazy things happen this summer.
Such crazy things is what Matthias Sammer has warned the club of in a recent interview where he said he doesn’t know what to say to the board should one ‘mad man’ arrive with a crazy bid.
“I’m not Aki Watzke, not an investor,” Sammer said. “But I assume he will stay. That’s the deal.
“But if a madman comes and pays €200M – how am I supposed to explain that to the shareholders?”
Chelsea have been reported in the recent past already planning deals to test Dortmund’s stance on the transfer decision of which could spark the Norwegian’s departure.
