Santiago Solari might still have the boys by his side as midfielder, Casemiro compares his leadership style with that of Zinedine Zidane.

Real Madrid coach, Solari is definitely having a bad season but not a bad relationship with his boys, especially Casemiro.

This was made known after the Brazilian midfielder, Casemiro who disclosed the similarities in Solari and Zidane leadership style.

The 27 year old, instead of criticising one’s weakness, he disclosed that each manager had their unique and important features.

Casemiro stated that despite the team is having bad season, their manager; Solari is just like a father to them, just like Zinedine Zidane was to them.

He went on to share that the same ‘father-son’ relationship that existed during Zidane’s administration has been came back to life after Solari took over from Lopetegui.

“It would be unfair to single out one coach,” he said to Esporte Interativo.

“[Jose] Mourinho, [Carlo] Ancelotti, Zidane, Rafa Benitez… each one had their own important characteristics.

“With Zidane he had a lot of relationships with the players, a father-son relationship. Like a friend.

“Solari does the same, he is being fair to everyone.” Casemiro said.

Lopetegui’s sack from office was due to low performances and Santiago Solari is trailing on the same path, thereby risking chances of losing his job.

Having lost three in their last four matches, the Brazilian midfielder believes that Los Blancos, just like other teams are in their hard times and would definitely pull through soon.

He also disclosed that their present form shouldn’t be a shock to the fans as he addressed it as being normal for a football team.

“It’s normal for a team to have low moments. We’re growing now,” he said.

“Now comes the most important thing [the Champions League]. We have tough opponents and we’re focused on winning all of the trophies, but it’s hard.”

Just like Casemiro said, Los Blancos are faced with a very tough fixture today and would be going on without their Captain, Ramos.

Ramos will be missing the game due to accumulation of several yellow cards from previous champions league games.
