Chelsea have just confirmed the departure of another talented player
The summer transfer window has gradually become a busy one for the Blues who have today announced of their second departure.
Although, the player has spent most of his times in the club on loan, Marco Van Ginkel will be trying out fate elsewhere.
The 28-year-old just minutes ago, signed for PSV after leaving Chelsea as a free agent.
The Dutch man arrived Chelsea back in 2013 from Vitesse but only managed to make just 4 appearances across all leagues.
Chelsea mostly used him as a loan tool to Milan, Stoke City and PSV where he spent most of his loan days, staying with the side since 2015 until date when he decided to permanently become a member.
Although after netting 16 goals in 33 appearances back in 2017/2018 season for PSV, Chelsea recalled the midfielder but failed to hand him opportunities to showcase his talents.
The following season, Ginkel was sent back on loan to the same side he was recalled from.
In reaction to his exit, Chelsea wrote on their official website; “Everyone at Chelsea wishes Marco plenty of success in his future career.”
