The Blues are back on pursuit to land 22-year-old West Ham United star

Chelsea could be completing a swap deal to see Declan Rice join them over at Stamford Bridge.

Rice has been linked to a move back at the side where he spent his youth days and could finally be making a return.

But this time the deal could involved forgotten striker, Tammy Abraham moving the opposite direction.

The Hammers could have possibly used Rice as a swap for Jesse Lingard but have shown no interest in letting the Holding Midfielder leave London Stadium.

According to Telegraph, Tuchel has become a fan of Declan Rice after Chelsea failed to meet his £70m price back when Lampard was still manager.

Sadly now Chelsea may have to stack out as much as £90m as Rice is now more valuable due to interests from other top flight teams, including Manchester United and Manchester City.

Another factor that could push Declan Rice into wanting a return to Chelsea is Blues winning against Villa on Sunday as that would secure UCL spot for Chelsea next season.
