Chelsea transfer news: Nigerian defender, Kenneth Omeruo has permanently left Chelsea as he joins Spanish Leganes.

Chelsea announced the Kenneth Omeruo transfer on their official website few minutes back as they wish the Nigerian success on the new path with Leganes

The Nigerian, after spending several number of years on loan ever since joining the Chelsea has finally left the Blues as he completes his transfer move to Leganes.

Omeruo joined the Blues back in 2012 from Standard Liege and ever since then have been roaming on loan deals, moving from Netherland, Turkey, Spain, English side, Middlesbrough and Spanish team Leganes.

Kenneth Omeruo has spent the last days of his 2018/2019 season with Leganes where he was lastly loaned before joining them on a €5m permanent deal.

The Nigerian sealed a 5-year contract that will tie him to Leganes after 31 successful appearances for Leganes while on loan.

Chelsea look to bag 15% sell clause on the talented defender’s contract in the as they hope on little future millions from his deal.
