Mario Balotelli draws nearer to Flamengo as club president makes claim of the Italian wanting to force a move to Brazil.
Former Manchester City hot-head striker, Balotelli has been linked with a move to join Brazilian side, Flamengo as he’s currently forcing for a move off the shores of French side Marseille.
According to Sunsports, Balotelli had been linked to West Ham but the English team downplayed every rumors connecting them to the Italian.
While his agent contacted the Hammers and Fiorentina also in a race with Parma and Genoa to have the 28-year-old signature, Brazilian team, Flamengo has spoken up on their interest on the striker.
Balotelli is a great player, when Marcos Braz and Bruno Spindel were going to Europe we got in touch with Balotelli who showed an interest in playing at Flamengo. The President told reporters at an event at the FERJ headquarters.
