Frank Lampard has since his emergence as Blues manager preferred Tammy Abraham at the front than Olivier Giroud.
The former Arsenal Goalscorer has just 29 goals to his name ever since joining from the North London side despite having made 94 appearances.
Following his feature in France 4-2 victory against Sweden, the 34-year-old’s agent has blasted Frank Lampard’s attitude towards his client.
Having made just 6 appearances for Chelsea since the start of the new season, Giroud has managed to net just a single goal as his agent believes the Frenchman needs more playing time than he gets.
“Lampard has decided to put Abraham ahead of him,” the agent said.
“It is not frankly fair when you look at what Olivier did at the end of the season.
“He has the right, it is his choice. If things continue like this, we will find ourselves where we were in December 2019.”
Tammy Abraham on the other hand has been the preferred striker since his arrival from Derby County where he impressed greatly.
Frank Lampard is left with the option of chosing between Tammy and Giroud or even might decide to have Timo Werner at the center forward as he has in the past done
