City are known to be big money spenders and Kane being weighed for £150m by Levy and his partners could mean them being favored most on the deal.
But it’s also believed United are keen to go in hard on the striker with Edinson Cavani’s time at the club known to not be long.

“Him (Cavani) signing a new contract doesn’t necessarily mean we won’t look to improve our forward line,” he added.
Solskjaer’s comment assures United would surely go into the transfer market this summer in search of a striker which could mean fighting for Kane.
