Inter Milan are reportedly planning an Ivan Perisic – Alexis Sanchez transfer swap after Man United refused to extend the Chilean’s loan spell in Italy.
Milan are considering other options visible to them as they continue on their hunt to retain Alexis Sanchez and Ivan Perisic might be going the other way should the Red Devils concur.
Earlier on, the Man United made known of their intentions of not wanting to leaving any competitive advantage for potential Europa League opponents and also would want to cut down certain wage bills which included Alexis Sanchez.
Being the second highest earner in the United team, United still do contribute £300,000 of Alexis’ weekly pay while he is still on loan to Inter. The Red Devils no more fancy keeping him at San Siro and ranking up such bills.Embed from Getty Images
Man United have earlier stated during the course of last week of their intentions to bring back the players on loan so as to finalize a future with the stars as they also rejected an extension offer from AS Roma concerning Chris Smalling.
Same applies for Sanchez’s case with the Red Devils already downplayed talks of a possible extension but Antonio Conte is considering spicing up the pursuit by offering Ivan Perisic to the Red Devils to help facilitate the move.

It’s clear the Croatian is no more needed at Inter Milan and Conte would be considering handing over to United so as to convince them into an easy permanent deal for Sanchez.
Perisic has also been in the past been a transfer target for the Manchester based club during the era of Jose Mourinho and Conte hopes Solskjaer finds same values his predecessor did find in Perisic.
