The 23-year-old is linked with a move to Stamford Bridge as Tuchel hopes to strengthen his defense line
Chelsea have been rumored to be on the defender’s radar and are expected to submit an offer come this transfer window.
Tuchel reportedly views Gimenez as a superb option for his backline and with the £150m made available to him, he could land a deal for the Uruguayan.
But the defender who just won the La Liga trophy with Atletico Madrid has ahead of time sent words to his potential suitors.
Speaking after their final La Liga game of the season, Gimenez told he has no intentions of leaving Atletico as he is more interested in remaining with the side.
