Lampard has reportedly been told by the board that he would be given more time to turn things around as pressure mounts on the former midfielder to produce results

The Blues were crushed in a 3-1 defeat to Manchester City with this firing up sack talks against Frank Lampard who has gone 7 games with just one win.

U23 stars Lewis Bate and Henry Lawrence are among the names out listed from the youth section that could be making a debut after a strong claim was made by popular site concerning an underground war going on within the Blues team.

Bate is an 18-year-old key player in the youth squad and has managed to be one of the most recognized since the 2019/2020 season till date as he is also highly rated by Lampard who loves fielding youngsters.
