Paul Pogba hasn’t gone off Juventus’ radar as the Italian giants resume plans of bringing back the Frenchman despite current plight at Manchester United.
Manchester United are although believed to hold the upper hand as long as Pogba deal is concerned. The World cup winner’s contract handed the Red Devils full power and any club coming for him would have to cash in large amount demanded by the English side.
According to reports from French football expert, Julien Laurens; While Juventus representatives were at London discussing on Mario Mandzukic potential move to Old Trafford, both clubs also talked on the possibilities on sending Pogba back to Allianz Stadium.
It has also been rumored by a Spanish media outlet, El Desmarque that Cristano Ronaldo is in agreement to Pogba returning the club where he made his name.
Juve still hope to get their hands on the Champions League trophy and are doing everything to make sure their objectives are met. Ronaldo is considered an influence in the team and endorsing Pogba’s return might be alarming for the Red Devils who do not want to let the midfielder leave.
Pogba has been sidelined for weeks now and is expected to return during the early days of the Christmas month but somewhat bad for him as he is no more considered the top gamer of the team. Marcus Rashford and Daniel James already stole the spot.
Real Madrid despite been interested in the player might not be coming back for him, although Zinedine Zidane is still a great fan of Pogba’s play pattern.
“I don’t think so,” Julien Laurens told ESPN FC on if there was a strong chance of Pogba leaving.
“He still has another 18 months left on his contract, and then another year that the club can trigger – and only the club.

“Basically, [he has] two and a half years more on his deal.
“United feel in a very comfortable position, which you can understand. They know Pogba wanted to leave in the summer, they know he still wants to go.
“He’s had a rough season so far with all those injuries, and until recently he’s had his whole foot in a cast. Things haven’t been great for him this season.
“For United, it’s the case of not wanting to sell him.
“If Juventus want to bring him back, they can always make an offer. Can they afford him with his transfer fee and wages, especially after the last two years and all the investment, the huge squad they have, I’m not so sure.
“But I can see why for Cristiano and Juventus, it would make sense to try and bring Pogba back where he had so many successful years.”
