Former Manchester City defender, Vincent Kompany has made a historic return to his hometown club, Anderlecht.
Kompany spent 11 years and won 12 trophies while he was away from Anderlecht and now has made a return to where he started.
The defender is now 33 and thinks its the best time to go back home. Indeed he had left like a prince but only Kings return the way he just did.
He came back with former teammate while with Manchester City, Samir Nasri and they both have teamed up with the objective of taking the club to a greater heights.
Unluckily for the current player-coach, he lost his first come back match despite been joined by his former team mate in the second half.
Nasri joining Anderlecht is a sought of lifeline given to him by his friend after he left West Ham on a free transfer.
