Manchester City are reportedly lining up a January move for Inter Milan defender, Skriniar.
Pep Guardiola looks to strengthen his defense line by January as he views Skriniar the best replacement for Ayemeric Laporte.
Man City will have to manage with Laporte’s absence as he is sidelined for over 4 months. The Citizens would have to endure until January when they can bring in Skriniar whom they term best replacement.
According to Tuttosport, there are greater chances that Man City would submit their offer once the transfer window reopens.
The current title defenders might find it a bit difficult coping from the back side as Ayemeric Laporte’s injuries has awoken major defense concern.
Pep has three months to hang on as Larporte has been given nothing less than 4 months to fully recover from his injury.
Meanwhile at the other end, the Skriniar still has 4 years left on his contract paper and might won’t like to leave his present club, unless Inter would want let him to leave.
But it is believed that assuming Inter Milan fails to get past the round of 16 of the UEFA champions league, Skriniar might be forcing a move out by January.
