Manchester United has rejected first official offer for their striker, Romelu Lukaku.
According to Skysources, Man. United has this morning rejected Inter Milan’s first official offer for Romelu Lukaku.
Inter Milan offered Man. United £53m with no add-ons on the deal hoping to convince the Red Devils but got bounced as their offer was rejected two days later.
Man. United are aiming to receive no less than the £79m they paid to Everton back in 2017 when the Belgian joined them on a five years contract.
Inter Milan are expected to come back with a more inducing offer considering that their new manager has always wanted Lukaku, even while he was still incharge of Chelsea.
“You know very well that I like this player, also in the past when I was Chelsea’s coach and I tried to bring him”, Conte said
“But I repeat: today Lukaku is a player of United. I have great respect for United.
“I consider him an important player for us to have a good improvement. We know which is our situation; we will see what happens.”
The manager ended.
Inter Milan would have watched their top target today but according to Ole Solskjaer Lukaku has little injury that deprived him the show.
The friendly game is already 60 minutes past and the both sides are yet to score as Solskjaer and Antoine Conte continue to battle for the remaining 40 minutes.
