Matteo Darmian has been reported to have arrived Parma to complete his medicals.
Darmian would be returning to his home country after four seasons of ‘bittersweet’ experience with Manchester United.
Darmian was spotted by reporters as he arrived Gemini Clinic in Parma ahead of his medicals before he would sign the 4-years contract.
With less than 61 games played for Man United, Matteo Darmian had a good taste of the bench at Old Trafford as he was hardly called upon by the managers, from Van Gaal, Mourinho to Ole Solskjaer.
Matteo(29) started his professional career with AC Milan back in 2006 and spent just 4 years before he left for Padova on loan.
While at Padova, Palermo convinced Milan to let the Legnano born full-back join them but he spent just 1 year with Palermo before kicking off his 4 years relationship with Torino where he made 133 appearances.
Then in 2015, Manchester United came for him with a 4 years contract believed to have been around £12.7m.
Darmian has made a total of 92 appearances for the Red Devils and scored 1 goal.
Announcements on the transfer completion remain approaching.
