Man United transfer news: Lukaku sets to undergo medicals tomorrow at Inter Milan after the Italians agree £70m deal with Man United.

On the Man United transfer news today, Inter Milan would finally be getting their hands on Romelu Lukaku as the Belgian sets to undergo medicals tomorrow after their initial £64.5m offer was rejected by Manchester United.

According to theGuardian, Romelu Lukaku arrived Italy today and is waiting to undergo medicals tomorrow morning with Inter Milan.

The Belgian would have been on his way to Juventus by now but due to Paulo Dybala’s excessive wage demands, image rights and high agent fees of £12m, the Red Devils pulled out of the deal thereby leaving only Inter Milan as the only suitor for the striker.

Few days back, Lukaku went back to Belgium amid his uncertain future at Old Trafford with hopes to arrive Old Trafford, in case a deal to leave does not come through for him.

But the Lukaku is already waiting to undergo medicals in Milan as Inter Milan were persuaded by new manager, Antoine Conte who is an admirer of the striker and believes would be the right man for his philosophy.

Lukaku being an Inter Milan player would have him bag £300,000 per week spent with Inter Milan. Guess, he would be getting what he wants after his desperate desires to leave Old Trafford deteriorated his relationship with Solskjaer.

Solskjaer at the other end, still has the Alexis Sanchez, Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial and Mason Greenwood to fill the gap Lukaku has left as he sets to undergo medicals at Milan to complete move before the end of tomorrow.

While at United, Lukaku managed to score 27 goals in his first season but struggled to net just 15 goals in the 2018/2019 season as his side finished poorly 32 points behind the League Champions Manchester City.
