Tottenham to hijack Bruno Fernandes deal with Champions League promise

Manchester United delay in signing Bruno Fernandes just brought them competition as Tottenham comes for the Portuguese.

According to Mirror, Man United would have to contend with Tottenham for Bruno Fernandes’ signature after failing to quickly hijack the player when no other teams came for him.

Over the past weeks, Bruno has been heavily linked to Man United and rumors claimed yesterday been Wednesday, that the midfielder would be at Manchester today undergoing medicals.

But it has turned out to be the opposite and so sour that as it stands, Man United might even lose out on the deal as Spurs have more advantage than they do on the deal.

Bruno is leaving Sporting for 2 reasons, 1. To play in Champions and 2. to play in the Premier league.
Spurs are top champions league contenders after they lost out last season to Liverpool on finals.

Tottenham would be easily picked over Man United where he would have to hustle for a whole season and if lucky, would be in the Champions.
