Real Madrid manager, Zindine Zidane has called off Paul Pogba links as the French man claims he is satisfied with his players.
Pogba has been linked to a move to Santiago Bernabeu after the Spanish giants splashed lots of cash on Chelsea Eden Hazard.
Pogba was believed to be the next in line as rumors of the two already planned to be hijacked by the former Champions League winners.
But the transfer window took a different turn after Madrid completed Eden Hazard’s transfer. Cashing in Paul Pogba was taking longer time.
Juventus was then rumored to be very much interested in having their former man back even upto the extent of asking for financial help from one of their sponsor, adidas to help finance the transfer.
The bid kept going sour as Man United had earlier declared that they are not ready to let the player go considering that the new manager, Solskjaer sees him as a major part of his squad.
Much force for transfer kept boiling and the Red Devils had to hike the French man’s price tag to 200m in order to scare away suitors.
Of course they succeeded in doing so as both the Old Lady and Los Blancos turned must overnight.
But just after the English transfer window was shut for incoming players, rumores of Madrid planning a swoop for Pogba resurfaced, even linking his brother’s comment to the deal.
Meanwhile, it seems otherwise or better still appears otherwise as the current manager at Santiago Bernabeu has confirmed that his side is ready to respect Man United wish of not wanting to let go of their[Man United] asset.
“Paul Pogba is a Manchester United player and we must respect this. I’m happy with my players” – Zidane said as he confirms his side is ready for the 2019/2020 season.
