Club Legend, Mesut Ozil might have already left the Gunners in January after what once look like an ideal football marriage came to an end but the playmaker could still help his former club to raise funds for future transfers.

Arsenal broke their transfer record to sign Ozil from Real Madrid by paying around £42.5million and the Germany International did not take long to make an impact.

He scored five goals and contributed nine assists in 26 league appearances while winning the FA Cup during his opening year in England.

However, what looked like a football marriage began to come to an end.

The phasing-out process began during the Unai Emery reign which led to him being completely ostracised by the Spainiard.

The 32-year-old also fell out with Arteta and was left out of Arsenal’s squads for domestic and European duties last season and was shipped to Fenerbahce due to a lot of controversial factors.

But Ozil could now serve as an agent by helping his Former club to raise money to fix a bloated squad.

According to reports Sead Kolasinac have attracted interest from Galatasaray and it is even reported that an offer have been made for the Arsenal left back.

Kolasinac was not at Arsenal’s level and he spent the second half of the season on loan after securing a move back to his former club Schalke

But that move couldn’t help the Bundesliga outfit from staying up in the League after the club was relegated again.

Although, there are no indications as to how much Galatasaray have bid for Kolasinac but a fee around €4m-€7m (£3.4m-£6m) is believed to be the estimated figure.

If the reports are true, then the Gunners have received a major boost in their plans to sell to raise funds for future transfers and Ozil just might help them get started.

The playmaker and Kolasinac are known to be good friends and they have been in touch since his exit and he is on a mission to convince his close friend to join him in Turkey.

Ozil is believed to have sent a message to the Bosnia international, saying:

“This could be a new beginning for you.” He said.
