Seems like we might be getting another Mr Glass as Ousmane Dembele sets to be ruled out for 5-weeks following recent injury.
Barcelona might go the next 5 weeks without their winger, Ousmane Dembele after the Frenchman picked up a hamstring injury in their Friday clash against Athletic Club at the San Mames.
Dembele had spent most of his last season days sleeping in sick beds and as well missing out of trainings due to fitness issues. According to reports from popular spanish new outlet, Marca; the 22 year old Vernon born would be taking similar path this season.
It’s been reported that Ousmane’s injury was noticed by even the spectators as he felt his legs while leaving the stadium at the end of the game as he wasn’t subbed.
The former Borussia Dortmund forward was supposed to have met with the Barcelona medical team to undergo a test on his legs on Saturday, but he left everyone astonished as he failed to turn-up.
Instead, Dembele showed up on Monday for the test and was then discovered to have suffered a tear on his left hamstring, which would have him sidelined for the next 5 weeks to ensure he gets back fit.
Meanwhile, Barcelona are still reportedly on their quest to bring home their loving son, Neymar Jr who fits in properly to Ousmane’s role in the squad.
The Catalans also sealed a loan deal for out-of-favour Philippe Coutinho, who is so glad to have joined Bayern Munich on a loan with an option to buy.
