Puel Looks For a Better Outcome With Liecester

Following Leicester’s seven games unbeaten streak the team manager, Puel has disclosed through the clubs official site that the team must continue to work on their present form so as to maintain their unbeaten form and as well add points in order to see that they move upwards on the league table.

While the team prepares to face Spurs today in few hours time, the manager knows that his quest of improving on the league table will be a very difficult and stressful one considering the fact that they are not the only team with the ambition of progressing on the league table.


Puel shared his thoughts via the media on Friday, the manager, speaking on their position on the league table, the manager made reference to teams on the 16th and 17th position of the league table, saying

” No difference exists between teams between six, seven and 16 and 17 in the table. It is close between all the teams and we need to continue our way and play our best every time and we will see.

-the manager continued “Of course, we would like to remain in the first part of the table, but after it is so difficult, and games are difficult. The game against Fulham, we played a team in difficulties but in this moment with a good confidence and quality.

-We want to improve and perform. We have had a lot of difficulties with different things this season, sending offs and goals conceded early in the game.

We have had to manage difficulties, but we are in a good position.”

“We need to improve step by step to correct some situations,” added the Puel. “We have a young team with young players and they need to continue to improve.

We give our best with our mentality and positive attitude all the time.

“We are strong in our attitude and in our comebacks in games. That is a good feeling for the team, but we of course need to improve to find a clinical edge and good consistency in our game.

“Sometimes it’s up and down. We will see where we can finish in the Premier League. We have a young team with interesting play and they want to improve.

They have ambition and we will continue to develop the team, and of course to try to have the right result.”

The manager ended as he gets back to work ahead of tonights clash.
