Manchester City forward, Raheem Sterling have been heavily linked with a move away from Manchester City this summer and the Gunners have reportedly emerged as front runners to land the player
Sterling have not fully performed to expectations this season under Pep Guardiola and the Citizens hope to cash in on him this summer window.
The England international scored 14 goals last season, which is quite disappointing compared to the 31 he netted last term.
He has just two years remaining on his current deal and an exit looks more likely now.
Arsenal have been tipped to sign him and will sanction a move if he decides to join them but the 26-year-old have broken his silence and given his verdict on his possible move.
When asked about his future, Raheem said:
“I still have 2 more years on my contract paper and am focused on that now.
“We lost the Champions League sadly but hopefully we can bring it home next season.
“The coach is experienced and I believe he will do what it takes for us to make us the loss.”
However, Should Raheem Sterling make a decision to move this Summer, the Gunners are in pole position to secure his signature but his €300k a week wages might be a stumbling block.
