Salzburg wonderkid, Erling Braut Håland has been awarded the best Uefa Champions League player of the week after putting tremendous performances against Genk.

Erling Braut Håland is currently considered a threat in the Champions League Group E as the youngstar started out the 2019/2020 Champions league season in style.

Erling bagged a hattrick in their opener against Genk following their 6-2 whipping on the Belgian team, with Erling opening the scoring line on his Champions League debut.

The Leeds born 19-year-old kid has successfully converted all his 3 shots in the Champions league into goals, outranking other players in Europe to be named UEFA Champions League’s player of the month.

Also from his League side, the former Molde striker is not taking a a break as he has netted 11 goals in 7 appearances for Salzburg.

All goals from Erling Braut Håland total 17 in just 9 appearances for across all leagues for the 2019/2020 season as he also bagged a hattrick in the club’s cup game.

The youngster is also rumored to be linked to a move to Spanish giant, Barcelona but it’s yet to be confirmed to be true or not.

Braut’s performances so far might be seeing his value hit the sky considering the rate players of his calibre sell for in the transfer market.

Salzburg look up to the youngster once more for more goals as they visit LASK for their next game in the Austrian League where they sit 5 points ahead of LASK.
