Dillion has in the past reported other true transfer news including Tuchel to succeed Frank Lampard and Willian exiting Chelsea.
With his records in similar transfer talks it’s now known Chelsea have made Lukaku their number one priority.
This could mean offloading Tammy Abraham while Timo Werner is given more time to settle in the squad as he could now provide back up to Lukaku.
Lukaku has long remained on Chelsea’s want list even before he moved to Man United.
