BBC Sport pundit, Garth Crooks has advised United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to ensure the Red lineup fits in Pogba and the comeback heroes as it could be what Red outfit needs to get the new season underway.

Commenting on the aftermath of the clash, Crooks said: “Had it not been for the determination of Bruno Fernandes, Manchester United would be licking their wounds.

“The Portugal international was yet again United’s inspiration, leading an impressive comeback at Southampton.”With five minutes left there was only one team that was going to win this match, and it wasn’t the home side.

“The more the Saints started to run out of steam, the more United began to pile on the pressure.

“If United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer can get Paul Pogba in the right frame of mind and playing with Fernandes and Edinson Cavani, anything is possible.”The Red Devils take on PSG next in the Champions League with the chance of qualification to the next round as they need just one point from their final two games

While Cavani and Portuguese midfielder Bruno Fernandes remain fit and ready for action on Wednesday against PSG, same can’t be said of Paul Pogba whom is currently nursing a strain ankle and in doubt for the clash against the French Champions.
