Player-turn-coach, Mikel Arteta, says Brazilian defender is worthy of more playing time with The Gunners.

Having asummed the role of a head coach in the later days of 2019, Arteta just like every other freshly appointed coach drew a master plan in credits to what he views as “The New Arsenal”

The Arsenal team has before the uneventful lockdown secured forty points after 28 matches setting them 8 points below their London counterpart, Chelsea FC.

Just like every other front line player, David Luiz has been under scrutiny by Arteta and has to a wonder been on the wishlist of the Spain national.

” David is a force to be reckoned with, he is of great importance on the pitch and can do well under pressure”, Arteta proclaimed.

Prior to the existing irregularities caused by the dreaded Coronavirus, Stan Kroenke who is the rightful owner of The Gunners team enkindled Arteta to work things with out with the players available.

Mikel Arteta also in the same stance cajoled his players to step up in their playing ability and walk the path to a commendable finsh at the end of the season.

“I am really happy with David, I want to keep him here with us. He’s been a key role model since I joined”, Arteta said while rounding up in an interactive session with the media.
