Former Paris Saint German midfielder, Thiago Motta has accepted to join Italian side, Genoa as he sets to kick start his professional management career.
Thiago Motta would be getting the chance to manage a professional team after testing the management job with Paris Saint German team B upon his retirement from playing career in 2018.
The Italian featured for the Liguria based team back in 2008 when he joined on a free transfer deal and broke into the first eleven with his consistent performances.
A year later, Motta joined Inter Milan along side teammate Diego Milito before he moved to PSG in 2012.
Genoa owner, Enrico Preziosi met with the 36-year-old today and succeeded in convincing the former Inter Milan player to take the job.
Motta’s announcement as the new manager is imminent.
