Chelsea are possibly pushing to register Romelu Lukaku for the super cup so he could feature against Villarreal
Thomas Tuchel has made a significant change to the squad submitted for the Super Cup game against Villarreal.
With the game set to be played on the 11th of August, Chelsea manager has added two more names to his already submitted list.
According to the report, Tuchel has chosen Ethan Ampadu over Trevor Chalobah and has added the 20-year-old to the squad list.
Another addition was picking Tino Anjorin over Reuben Loftus-Cheek as Cheek won’t be making the squad to face Villarreal. Bergstrom was also added.

The Blues according to UEFA rules have until 11pm Tuesday night to submit their final list or any changes they wish to make on their list.
Following latest reports, Lukaku’s medical date and venue has already been decided.
