Manchester United are really back to base, following the sack of their former manager, Jose Mourinho and Pogba has confirmed the change as he said the club won games under Mourinho but it is all different now.
Ole Gunnar’s pronouncement as the interim manager at Old Trafford has really turned a lot of things around following their recent win as Pogba nets two goals.
The boys are now out to prove to the world that they actually had no problems.
Having won three straight matches with not less than three goals, Manchester United are somewhat becoming a threat once more in the Premier League.
Just after their recent win over Bournemouth, the club’s midfielder, Paul Pogba was interviewed.
Pogba told the media that Manchester United are really doing what they (the players) and the manager wants as well.
He went on to dismiss any thoughts of him indirectly blasting their former manager, Jose Mourinho by saying,
“We won games with the old manager, so it’s just a different style of playing. We’re more offensive, we create more chances, but we try to play like that.”
Manchester United are looking to recoup all that they have lost since the start of the season and Pogba confirmed this saying;
“Maybe we have relaxed, realised we are Manchester United and to keep up you need to be on the top of the league.
“It’s the reaction of the players, everybody is enjoying themselves and that’s what we need. The team need to enjoy their football, work for each other and that’s it. That’s the result on the pitch.”
“It’s how we want to play, we want to attack. The manager wants to attack and that’s what we are doing.”- Pogba said.
Paul Pogba is just a goal away from reaching his all-time best scoring season after netting in two goals on Sunday against Bournemouth.
Mourinho’s exit has really changed a lot of things at Old Trafford; the fans yesterday were applauding every Pogba’s move and that is a great motivation for the Red Devils knowing that their supporters are happy with their decision.
