Crystal Palace striker; Wilfried Zaha decides to join Arsenal but can Gunners afford to pay the price?
Wilfried Zaha would be leaving Palace and has been linked to several teams but wants to joins Aubameyang and Lacazette at Arsenal.
According to BBC’s David Ornstein, the Ivorian player wants new challenge and tasks and thinks Arsenal is the best place to get what he wants.
Arsenal do not have a problem with the player considering that he is a player most manager would want to have, but the problem is if they can afford to pay his bills.
With an asking price of €80m, Arsenal would really find it difficult to land the player with a team total budget of 45m and also deal in process to bring in Celtic left back.
Guess Crystal Palace decided to scare suitors from their valued asset by hanging such a heavy bill on the 26 year old.
Been a club Zaha started out with back in 2009/2010, he really respects the club enough but feels he has given everything for the club.
So leaving now, should be a joyful departure cause since his professional career, he only spent one season without Crystal palace.
That was in 2013 when he joined the Man. United for just a season and returned to palace the following year.
With a total of 9 years spent at Palace, Emirates Stadium warms up to receive the skillful striker but Arsenal Management has to break protocols and add more money to the budget.
Be it as it may, if Arsenal dares to waste time, on making amendments for the player, then Man. United may sweep in and grab the striker.
Lukaku is heavily linked to Inter Milan and Rashford needs a helpmate, which Zaha can be.
